RETURNS. 

Standard items may be returned to Seaport Sweetheart Designs within 14 days of delivery for an online store credit. Items received after 14 days will not be eligible for return. A printed order confirmation must accompany all returned standard items, must be unworn, undamaged, and all tags must be attached. Items will be accepted for return at the sole discretion of Seaport Sweetheart Designs and must meet all the above to qualify for an online store credit. 

Customers will be responsible for all return shipping and packaging costs. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.

Custom-made and, or, special request items are final sale and may not be returned. 

DEFINE ORIGINAL, UNDAMAGED, AND UNWORN. 

All standard items must be returned free of dirt, grease, signs or wear, damage, and, or discoloration. All original packaging must be in new condition and includes box, display card, and or, jewelry bag. Items must be free of any human and, or pet hair and free of any fragrance or odor. 

GIFTS. 

Standard items received as a gift may be returned to Seaport Sweetheart Designs for an online store credit within 30 days of order confirmation. Please include a copy of the original order confirmation and all original, attached tags, packaging, etc. with your item. Items must meet the above standards to qualify for a refund in the form of online store credit. 

*Seaport Sweetheart Designs reserves the right to refuse any item for return. 

DAMAGED ITEMS.

All efforts will be taken by Seaport Sweetheart Designs to ensure your purchase arrives safely and in perfect condition. If your item is damaged, please send an email to hello@seaportsweetheartdesigns.com within 10 days of the original shipping date. Please include the following: 

Subject line: Damaged Item

Allow 24-48 hours for a response from Seaport Sweetheart Designs. All damaged item notifications are handled on a case-by-case basis. 

If approved, please refer to the packaging and shipping instructions below. Seaport Sweetheart Designs reserves the right to refuse the return of damaged items. 

CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS TO YOUR ORDER. 

Changes and, or modifications may be made to your order within 24 hours of order confirmation and will be accepted at the sole discretion of Seaport Sweetheart Designs. 

Please send an email to hello@seaportsweetheartdesigns.com to discuss the desired changes and, or modifications. 

Modification requests received after 24 hours of order confirmation will not be accepted. All orders in production may not be changed or modified. 

Custom orders in production may not be changed or modified for any reason.

ORDER CANCELLATION. 

Custom items and, or special requests cancellations will be individually considered and, must be submitted by email to hello@seaportsweetheartdesigns.com within 1 hour of order confirmation. Custom items include, but are not limited to personalized items, monogrammed items, commissioned pieces, and, or, command spouse items. 

ORDER PRODUCTION. 

Every piece is custom made exclusively by Seaport Sweetheart Designs in Virginia. Most standard items will ship within 3-5 business days of order confirmation. Please allow up to 3 weeks for custom items, special items, and, or personalized pieces. 

PROCESSING AND SHIPPING. 

Every effort is made to fill each order promptly. All orders are filled in order of receipt. Complimentary shipping is available for all customer (not wholesale) orders over $99.00 USD. All items will be shipped through the United States Postal Service. First Class shipping rates are used to calculate all shipping charges.  

NOTE.

Seaport Sweetheart Designs is not responsible for any package or packages that cannot be delivered due to incomplete or incorrect shipping information. Carefully review all shipping information prior to checkout to help ensure the safe and timely delivery of your purchase(s). 

INSURANCE. 

Orders valued up to $50.00 USD are automatically insured by the United States Postal Service. Additional insurance is available for purchase at checkout.  Seaport Sweetheart Designs cannot be held responsible for any package once it has been accepted by the United States Postal Service and entered into the USPS tracking system. 

CUSTOMS AND INTERNATIONAL TAXES.

Buyer is responsible for any and all duties and, or, customs charges. Customs rates vary per locale and country. Seaport Sweetheart Designs cannot alter or reduce these charges in any capacity and reserves the right to refuse shipment overseas at any time.
